1. Organiser
The organiser of the race and operator of www.memorialvladimirakorbela.cz is ROAD2KONA z.s., Company ID No. 10865284, with its registered office at Boční I 1609/37, Záběhlice, 141 00 Prague, a registered association entered under File No. L 74913 at the Municipal Court in Prague (the “organiser”).

2. Service and price
The organiser accepts registrations via the website for the running event held on 8 December 2026. The individual entry fee is CZK 200 per discipline. The entry fee for the 4 × 1000 m relay is CZK 1,000 per team. All prices are final, stated in Czech crowns. The organiser is not registered for VAT.
The entry fee includes processing the registration, inclusion in the start list and participation in the selected discipline, provided that the sporting and organisational conditions of the event are met. Registrations are accepted until 11:00 p.m. on 7 December 2026 or until capacity is reached.
3. Conclusion of the contract
By submitting the registration, the participant or their legal guardian confirms that the information provided is correct and accepts these terms. The registration becomes binding once the entry fee has been successfully paid. Confirmation of registration and payment will be sent to the e-mail address provided.
For a person under 18 years of age, the registration must be submitted or approved by their legal guardian. The legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that the minor’s health does not prevent their participation.
4. Payment
The entry fee is paid online through the GoPay payment gateway. The available payment methods, in particular payment by card or online bank transfer, are displayed before the payment is completed. The organiser does not store full payment card details and processes only the information required to match and record the payment.
If the payment is not completed or is declined, the registration will not be considered paid. The participant may contact the organiser to request a new payment link.
5. Cancellation and change of athlete
If a registered athlete or team does not participate in the event, the entry fee is non-refundable. Until the registration deadline, a paid entry may be transferred to a substitute free of charge. The change request must be delivered to info@road2kona.cz no later than 11:00 p.m. on 7 December 2026 and must include the details of both the original and substitute athlete.
If the organiser cancels the event without a replacement date, the entry fee will be refunded using the same payment method no later than 14 days after the cancellation is announced. If the event is moved to a replacement date, the registration remains valid; the participant may request a refund within 14 days of the change being announced.
6. Right of withdrawal
Participation in a sporting event is a leisure-related service provided on a specific date. Pursuant to Section 1837(j) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code, a consumer therefore has no right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
7. Conditions of participation
Participants take part voluntarily, at their own responsibility and only if their health is suitable for the physical demands of the event. They must follow the instructions of the organiser and officials and comply with the venue rules. Where necessary, the organiser may change the timetable, heat composition or organisational instructions.
The organiser is liable for damage or injury only to the extent required by law. This does not affect any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
8. Complaints
Complaints concerning the service or payment may be submitted by e-mail to info@road2kona.cz or in writing to the organiser’s registered office. Please state the participant’s name, discipline, contact details, payment date and a description of the issue. The organiser will confirm receipt and resolve the complaint without undue delay, no later than 30 days unless the parties agree otherwise.
9. Alternative dispute resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, is the competent body for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes. Website: adr.coi.cz.
10. Final provisions
Legal relations are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The organiser may amend these terms; each registration is governed by the version effective at the time it was submitted. The current version is permanently available on this page.
